1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ZELVÉRIS Brand House website and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & Acceptance
- An order is confirmed only when we send a confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
- We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurred, or payment could not be verified. In such cases any paid amount is fully refunded.
- Stitched and customised orders are made to your measurements and cannot be cancelled once production has started.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.
- We accept bank transfer, mobile wallets and cash on delivery (COD) within Pakistan.
- For COD orders, an advance confirmation call or WhatsApp message may be required before dispatch.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours.
- Nationwide delivery takes 2 to 4 working days; remote areas may take longer.
- Delivery is free on orders above PKR 10,000; standard charges apply otherwise.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.
5. Product Information & Colour
Our fabrics are often hand-dyed and hand-embroidered, so slight variations in colour, embroidery placement and texture are natural and not a defect. Colours may also appear differently on various screens.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the ZELVÉRIS name, logo, designs, photographs and product images — is the property of ZELVÉRIS Brand House and may not be copied, resold or reproduced without written permission.
7. Privacy
We collect only the information needed to process your order (name, contact details, delivery address) and never sell your data to third parties. Read our Refund & Return Policy for return-related matters.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faisalabad.
